Designed, developed and delivered by Certifiers for Certifiers, this Short Course will improve Certifiers ability to Assess and Certify Swimming Pool development under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Understand s22 Barrier Exemptions through a real time case study
Establish how to identify and document a climbable objects
Frame defects and produce concise inspection reports

Course Presenter

Chris is a Registered Certifier & Principal Swimming Pool consultant with Local Group. He commenced building surveying in Local Government, working at both Gosford and The Hills Shire Councils prior to moving into private certification.

As a Registered Certifier, Chris specialises in swimming pool certification with a particular interest in the application of the legislative framework surrounding existing new swimming pool construction. Chris is an approved Independent Reviewer of activities under the Swimming Pool Inspector CPD program and has carried out legislative reviews of the Swimming Pool regulations and provided feedback to government.
